About The Community
Welcome to Tuscany
We are located in the Northeast Tacoma neighborhood.
Established in 1996
The formation of the Tuscany at Northshore Country Club Homeowners' Association was filed in October in preparation for the construction of the community. Construction of the 253 homes that make up the Tuscany neighborhood was completed in 1999. The construction of the homes was done by a variety of contractors including Norris Homes.
While a majority of our properties do not require special access, the community does feature a gated area called the Ridge which encompasses 35 homes.
Many homes within the community have views of the Northshore golf course, Mt. rainier, or Downtown Tacoma.
The community also features a large park with play area for children, walking paths, and sidewalks throughout the entire community. Making Tuscany a welcoming and friendly part of the Northeast Tacoma neighborhood.
